Telco pricing isn't so straightforward
There are multiple pricing contracts, structures, and carriers, and what’s right for one organisation may not be right for another. Many NFPs are eligible for specialised pricing but aren’t aware of what’s available or whether they’re getting the best deal.

FAQ
Am I eligible for charity telco pricing?
Eligibility varies by provider, but typically applies to registered not-for-profits, particularly those delivering public services or receiving government funding. It’s worth reviewing this periodically, as eligibility can change over time.
What is VTS and does it apply to us?
VTS is a Victorian Government procurement arrangement that provides access to pre-negotiated telco pricing. It's primarily designed for Government organisations, but some NFPs also qualify depending on their structure and funding.
Should we be reviewing our telco contract now?
In many cases, yes. Changes to pricing structures, including those under arrangements like VTS, mean now is a good time to review your setup and understand your options before key deadlines.
Are we paying more than we need to?
It’s not uncommon. Many organisations find that plans no longer reflect actual usage, or that eligibility for better pricing hasn’t been reassessed in some time.
Should we consider switching providers?
Not always. The better question is whether your current setup is aligned to your usage and needs. In many cases, leveraging our independence and expertise to optimise with your existing provider delivers the best outcome.
