Helping for-purpose organisations prepare for business system change
Changing a core system often brings a mix of anticipation and uncertainty - excitement about leaving an underperforming platform behind, alongside concern about getting it right.
The System-Change Readiness Assessment helps business leaders understand how ready they really are before making big decisions about changing an organisation-wide system such as CRM, Finance or HR.

This free assessment is designed to reduce risk, surface blind spots, and give you practical guidance before you commit time, money or people. If you’re considering a business system change and want to avoid the common pitfalls, this is for you.
The latest from our Impact Program, the survey closes 27 March.

The System-Change Readiness Assessment is a short, business-led survey followed by a readiness report and guidance from our tech experts.

It focuses on real-world challenges that often derail system change, such as unclear requirements, poor decision-making, vendor risk, cost overruns and internal misalignment - not just technology.

This is not a technical audit. It’s a readiness check to help you make better, more confident decisions.

Before you change your system
Increasing expectations around data quality, integration and emerging AI opportunities are prompting organisations to assess whether their current core systems are fit for what comes next.
This assessment helps you:

-
Understand what to think about before changing a system
-
Identify where your organisation is - and isn’t - ready
-
Reduce the risk of costly mistakes
-
Feel more confident navigating what can be a daunting process

The readiness survey closes 27 Mar and takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
Who should take part
This assessment is designed for organisations needing more from a system such as:
-
CRM and client management

Membership or service delivery platforms
Best completed by someone who:
-
Is accountable for the system in question

This whitepaper explores how poor system performance creates inefficiency and risk, and outlines practical ways to better govern, manage and leverage technology to support funding, reputation and mission delivery.
System selection for NFPs: Why the best is not always right
Technology is constantly evolving and improving, and it's important to understand that just because a software platform or system is considered the ‘best’, doesn't necessarily mean it's the right fit for a non-profit or charity.
