Can you help populate our MDM platform?
Yes. We can help prepare and populate your MDM platform so devices are easier to enrol, manage and secure.
That might include working through device details, ownership, user groups and enrolment requirements, so new and existing devices are set up properly from the start.
We already use Apple Business Manager. Can you work with that?
Yes. If your organisation has an Apple account or is enrolled in Apple Business Manager, we can help you make better use of it. We can support procurement and enrolment pathways so eligible Apple devices are connected to the right systems from the start. In plain English: we help make sure new devices don’t arrive as a pile of admin.
We already have a telco partner. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our role is to give you an independent view, not to bulldoze what’s already in place. By engaging us, you get advice focused on your organisation’s needs.
We have a tech (Adaptive Mobility) fund. Can you help us use it well?
Yes. A tech fund can be useful, but it still needs a plan. We can help work out a sensible sourcing approach, including what should come through the tech fund, what might be better sourced elsewhere, and how to get the best value from your available budget.
Can you help us decide which devices staff should get?
Yes. Not everyone needs the same phone. We can recommend devices based on role, use case, working environment, app requirements, screen size, durability, security needs and budget.
Are you tied to a specific telco or device brand?
No. We provide independent advice, which means we’re not here to push a particular telco, handset or bundle. We look at what your organisation actually needs, then help you make practical decisions around devices, sourcing, procurement and management.
